1. Where can I buy LINC Components products?
LINC Components currently sells its products exclusively to official dealers and distributors, some of which also have online shops. You can contact your nearest dealer or the distributor for your country.
2. Can individual front and/or rear wheels be purchased separately?
Unfortunately, we no longer sell individual wheels.
WARRANTY
LINC warrants all wheels to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. All LINC wheels are covered by a three-year warranty,
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
- Products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained, used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused, or involved in accidents.
- Damage occurring during shipment of the products(such claims must be presented directly to the carrier).
- Damage to products resulting from improper assemblyor repair.
- Damage resulting from causes other than non-conformities in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to, lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.
- Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance of the product.
- The labor required to remove and/or re-fit and re-adjust the product within the bicycle assembly.
- Normal wear to the product.
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers (Including, without limitation, products purchased through (i) third party auction sites (ii) unauthorized dealers selling via third party marketplaces, or (iii) dealers selling altered or modified products.
- Counterfeit products.
WEAR AND TEAR
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts may be damaged as a result of normal use, failure to service according to LINC recommendations, and/or use or installation in non-recommended applications. Wear and tear parts include: Bearings, Corrosion, Dust seals, Driver bodies, Pawls, Spokes, Sprockets, Wheel braking surfaces, Tubeless tapes and decals.
